Sundays 10:00AM at the HLMS Band Hall

“There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all ONE IN CHRIST Jesus.”  – Galatians 3:28

Christ Fellowship is not a club to join. We are a covenant family and we are always adopting! We are brothers and sisters, one in Christ. We are sons and daughters of the same Father in heaven. We want to be a church that is so committed to the unifying Gospel of Jesus that everyone in our community will know us by our love for one another.

Will I fit in?

Here are some quotes from people who love Christ Fellowship:
“I love how a group of people can come together and worship one God. And you can see how it unites people.”
“I love getting to know people and be a part of the community and worship with people that are different from myself.”
“Everyone just comes as they are and it is a very comfortable atmosphere to just be yourself.”
“I love that in a world that everybody is so divided at Christ Fellowship everybody is able to come together.”
“We all come together and I feel that we have no shame. We don’t cover anything. We let it all be known.”
“It’s engaging and people are genuinely loving at our church.”

How long does the service last?
The worship service usually lasts one hour.

What should I wear?

Anything you want to wear, as long as it is modest. We really do encourage people to come as they are.

What is the worship style?

Our worship team uses guitar, keyboard and drums with vocals. Occasionally, we use other instruments. We care about true lyrics and music you can feel.

What do you have for children?

We love children! We have a lot of them. Children of all ages are welcome in worship and noise is not a problem. Halfway through the worship time, parents have the option of taking their younger children (0-4) to a volunteer nursery. Please take your child to the restroom before checking them in.

Twice a month, we have a separate children’s program during the sermon for children K-6th grade. As we grow, we will continue building our children’s ministry.

What is the preaching like?

We preach expository sermons from the Bible. You will hear regular application of how the truth of Scripture impacts your daily life. But we preach an emphasis on good news, not good advice. Usually, we preach through a book of the Bible. Occasionally, we preach from the Bible topically or thematically.

Is there an offering?

We have one offering each Sunday as an act of worship. Giving is between you and God. Our staff does not know who gives or how much. Ushers collect and count the offering. Envelopes are available for anyone who wants a tax receipt.

Will visitors be asked to stand or speak?

Absolutely not! We will not bring special attention to new visitors or put you on the spot.

Will I be pressured to respond in any way after the service?

Absolutely not! We do not have alter calls. You will not be pressured to join the church or make a public profession of faith. If you would like to speak to someone after the service, that is your choice and someone will be available.

How often do you celebrate the Lord’s Supper?

We take communion together once a month, usually on the first Sunday of the month.

If you have other questions that we did not answer above, please contact us and we will do our best to answer. We give everyone a connect card to fill out during the service as well.
